How it works: Split players into two teams of servers on opposite sides of the net. Everyone serves at the same time. As soon as someone misses, they must go sit on the other side of the court until one of their teammates serves a ball that the player can catch. Once you catch a ball, you return to the game. Time the drill for 5-10 minutes, and whichever team has the most “live fish” wins.
Requirements: At least eight players, a full court, balls and a net.
